A bill to allow more embryonic stem cell research in Massachusetts has cleared the state legislature.
It passed the Massachusetts House Thursday evening by a vote of 117 to 37 -- more than enough to override an expected veto from Governor Mitt Romney. The Massachusetts Senate passed the measure 35 to two.
