It would be great if the vatican was doing this as an April Fool's joke. He'll "die" early this morning, only to show up again at midnight in his pope mobile, yelling, "April Fools, muthafuckas!"

Ok, here's a question. Catholics everywhere are praying for the Pope. Why? To ask God to keep him alive? To ask God to let him in to heaven. WTF? What is the purpose of praying for the Pope?
