Start shopping around, find some place that can make quality prints for you, find out how much it will cost, mark it up 20%, and tell people that's what you charge.
I'm sure somebody in the photo thread (FX perhaps) can give you some pointers on getting prints made.

Make it work for you man, there's no shame in profiting from your hobby work.

Actually, I'd buy an Epson desktop photo printer and mark it up about 90% over the cost of the paper. In this day and age, never ever let anyone else print a photo you're going to sell to someone else because they're going to fuck it up.
