I can't seem to get rid if it. I never wear the same shoes two days in a row. I always change my socks when I get home from work to an all cotton white pair. I use some sort of OTC athlete's foot remedy every day. I've tried them all, Lotrimin, Micatin, Tinactin, etc.. I'm guessing at this point it might be something similar, but not athlete's foot. Any ideas? Maybe a trip to a podiatrist is in order? foot doctor I wonder which idiot will reply with "Oh noes, you have teh foot cancer!!!111!1!"?
Doctor is always recommended. All the stuff you are using contains things that dry the crap out of your feet, keep wearing them durring the day, but at night After showering or washing your feet apply Johnson and Johnson baby oil or a heavy cream like "Curel" apply a generous amount to your feet witning 3 minutes of cleaning them, then toss on a pair of socks for the night.
combine use of the creams with the powders. cream on your feet, powder in your shoes. You often need to go through the full course of treatment with the creams before you'll get fully rid of the problem. make sure you wear cotton socks and shoes that fit properly (not too big)
I had it and got rid of it for a month, and then it started coming back.
It had spread before, and I used Tough Actin' Tinactin in all the affected areas.
All it really is is ringworm on your feet, so anything with Tolnaftate should do the trick.
Thanks for the tips, everyone.
I've been using spray and/or cream for months and had the problem on and off for years. If I can't ditch it in the next few weeks, I guess I'll go see a doc about it. :\

Yep, when I had it, the only way I could get rid of it was to let my feet have plenty of ventilation-- I used the spray too, but it didn't work as long as my feet were cramped inside sweaty shoes. Having shoes and/or socks on all the time will never help it go away. Now that it's summer you can wear sandals a lot, so they're easy to slip off anytime you're outside or just sitting around.
The worst thing you can wear, I've found, are those thin dress socks with poorly ventilated dress shoes.
i ahd that shit soooo bad i would scratch it for like 5 minutes and my foot would be leaking out clear fluid, the only thing that got rig of it was tinactin.
i cant remember the names of the stuff, but i know i had a few different types of cream and the spray. unless i didnt pick up the 1 can which wouldve cured it or somming stupid like that
