Now will come the torrent of debates in the media about the "right to life", which of course will be muddied up to include the abortion issue (which Bush has publically said he wishes to change) and then you have Mrs.Bush saying "the government needs to get involved in these issues" and sooner or later the neo-cons/idealists will finally have the "crisis" that they need to push forth the legislation to get the backward society they crave.

MaCaBr3 that's completely wrong. Her parents were fighting to keep her alive. Her husband said she wouldn't want to live like this and had the feeding tube removed. It has been a legal battle for several years now.
As I said, this is all a psy-op in disguise. The important thing about this whole ordeal is not the legality or morality of what is going on, but what the media is focusing on. The general mainstream media has used this as an opportunity to pursue a religio-fascist right wing agenda.
Give me a fucking break. That's like saying there aren't enough dickhead Republicans in Ohio.
