I read Vai probably won't be coming to Europe in 2008. We'll have to wait a year and a half before we can witness his mastery again

did he play Incantation? (it would probably be the only song in 5/4 time) I fucking love that tune and AFAIK he only plays it live, i don't think it's on any albums.

Nope he didn't play it. That song's on the Alive in an Ultra World album though, but that album was indeed recorded live in it's entirety.

saw him twice last year aswell- once was a vai concert, about amonth later we went to see zappa plays zappa and he guested there aswell- was awsome

SAw him in Anwterp last year. It was ofcourse freaking awesome, but my back hurt because he played 3 hours

yeah it's a long time to stand. After that it took me 3 hours to get home as well because of the crappy night schedule for the trains. Eventually had to get a taxi which cost us €65
