crazy ipohners :olo:
Why did he say "You sure got the short end of the stick there, America"?
Why did he address America at the end there, what was that about?
He was just talking about the woman so it seemed he was talking about her, saying she got the short end of the stick, but then he said "America".
Why did he say that? What did that mean? What was that about?
Edit: What I mean is, why did he say "America" at the end there? If he hadn't have said "America" it would have made sense, cause it seemed he was talking about the woman, saying she got the short end of the stick, and he'd just been talking about her (it cut just before that so maybe something was edited out).

It seems obvious, he was being recorded, by a news program.DTS wrote:Why did he say "You sure got the short end of the stick there, America"?

He assumed he would be broadcast nationwide, so he addressed the nation that he resides in - America.
Along the same lines as "good morning vietnam"
I just wish they had more of a reaction from her, and then bring her and the kid together, so he could show off his phone, and say thanks for $800GONNAFISTYA wrote:I think it's hilarious that a rich cunt - who obviously had plans to use her wallet to fuck over every single person that was waiting in line - got fucked herself.
Karma is a bitch.

I doubt she cares that much about $800. The dumb bitch probably didn't learn a damned thing about karma...cause she'll just go to the next store and try to buy it out.horton wrote:I just wish they had more of a reaction from her, and then bring her and the kid together, so he could show off his phone, and say thanks for $800GONNAFISTYA wrote:I think it's hilarious that a rich cunt - who obviously had plans to use her wallet to fuck over every single person that was waiting in line - got fucked herself.

Money exponentially lowers IQ points: the more you have, the less you have to think.
Yeah but he said "you", instead of "she".horton wrote:It seems obvious, he was being recorded, by a news program.

Or are you saying he was saying that America "got the wrong end of the stick"?

I guess he was just saying "you" instead of "she". I mean, I understood it that way before. He did pause a bit before saying "America" I suppose, so it could have been like saying "America, out/over".
Wierd way of talking, that's all, saying "you" taking about someone else, then saying "America".
So when A.Smith in The Matrix says "we started thinking for you", they were rich? Even though "it became [their] civilization"?GONNAFISTYA wrote:Money exponentially lowers IQ points: the more you have, the less you have to think.
(I don't agree that IQ tests show intelligence, though.)
Interesting way of thinking...
So the economically rich, are intelectually poor, and thus have less freedom of thought and are thus less free?
So money, is a form of enslavement, taking away freedom. Freedom of thought. The percieved freedom that wealth brings is really a form of zombified enslavement. Shackled by the virtuality of one's percieved reality, like in The Matrix.
"Free your mind."

Edit: I just realised I contradicted myself. Oh well, it's been posted now.
Edit2: On second thoughts, maybe I didn't contradict myself. Hmmm.

I'm talking about people with silver spoons in their mouth...people like George Bush and Paris Hilton...people who've come from rich families (or people who've won the lottery and blow it in a few years) and don't bother paying attention to things because someone or something else (like money) will take care of things.DTS wrote: Interesting way of thinking...

This woman obviously lives off of her husband's fat salary or comes from a rich family....because she doesn't seem bright enough to get rich on her own.
Actually...this woman is exactly like the Paris Hilton in the South Park episode who tried to buy Butters....no concept of the value of money.

She did seem pretty stupid waving money about in front of someone that could just take it.GONNAFISTYA wrote:I'm talking about people with silver spoons in their mouth...people like George Bush and Paris Hilton...people who've come from rich families (or people who just won the lottery and blow it in a few years) and don't bother paying attention to things because someone or something else (like money) will take care of things.

Why would she try to make money like that if she didn't have to worry about money at all, though?
Alright, I'll readress GFY's post, then.Doombrain wrote:no, he said she was spending her husbands money and he was only guessing at it.
ffs,
Stelios is from a rich family and made himself considerably richer.GONNAFISTYA wrote:I'm talking about people with silver spoons in their mouth...people like George Bush and Paris Hilton...people who've come from rich families (or people who've won the lottery and blow it in a few years) and don't bother paying attention to things because someone or something else (like money) will take care of things.DTS wrote: Interesting way of thinking...

Are you seriously saying no-one from a rich background is intelligent enough to make themselves rich?
If the store wasn't doing the "one per person" policy, she would have made money. What's so stupid about that? She should have checked? It's a wierd policy so it doesn't seem like it was worth checking. She should have known that they might have done that?
In Japan businessmen paid homeless people to queue up and buy consoles for them at launch. That would have got past the 1-per-person policy. So she's stupid for not having thought of that?

If he's autistic he's most likely high-functioning.feedback wrote:Fucking shit ultron are you mentally retarded? Seriously, you're either a retard or autistic. The only question is if you're high-functioning.
Ultron, have you been formally diagnosed with Aspergers disorder? Do you have difficulty apprehending the complexities and subtleties of social situations?
