Bots not moving, roaming, whatever you call it

A friend and I have been searching for hours on bot tutorials and have not found anything on this subject, his map has been fully compiled, and has a compiled .aas file, and when you play it, the bots will stand still, and not move, until you provoke them to, then if you run away too far, they stop moving and stand still. He has tried adding bot triggers or whatever they are called, and adding weapons all over the map, and they still don't move.

If there is a solution, help is appreciated, and again, we looked all over and have found nothing.

Otherwise, I'll need more info on your map, compile switches, complexity, botclipping, clusterportals, etc.
