grokster should win- this same case has come through federal courts multiple times now and keeps getting sent back down to try it on another minor alteration in the suit. the supreme court should rule with grokster based simply on the existing legislation out there- grokster passes the tests established in those with flying colors, so unless the courts are going to alter the legislation (or some of the definitions contained therein), grokster should win

Yep hopefully. I don't even use Grokster (usenet ;)) but the more filesharing networks the better.
