What is actually crazy and a point which I hope this topic will lean towards, is how people would be buried when they were still alive, just one hundred years ago.
Everyone knows about the graveyard shift, and how fresh graves would have a bell on a string which was attached to a hand in the casket beneath... Can you imagine being knocked out for a few days and waking up in what after a few minutes you figure out is a coffin?
I wonder how many people were buried alive and never got out.
