it's not 99% the same; the whole front clip is different.
however, the changes to the headlights is my main gripe. after '05 they removed the jagged swepped back look for a more squished brand identity conformist (put it in line with the 500 and fusion front end) look. in short; its a much more boring look.
adding the factory rice bumper causes even more problems, since it makes the front of the car look like a bunch of puffy plastic crap has been bolted on (badly), destroying the lines, fit, and finish of the car.
