plus the 24 hr pub licenses which will hopefully be coming soonish

Heh pubs around here never seem to obey the 11pm rule. Once some of us stayed in a pub until around 4am drinking

theyre tight as shit here if you go anywhere near the centre

if i go drinking now its always round my area, 2 mins walk and you can stay in the pub til whenever you want and even chose what you want to watch

Heh 11pm!!!! that's retarded, clubs around here close at 2am and THAT'S too early imho. I know a few bars that are usualy open past 2am but they aren't exactly public....

clubs are different

clubs close at 2AM but usually round 2.30 - 3.00

an in cardiff a couple of places are open till 6AM but most are 4AM
