Oh hell yea ( Wii )

Rygar for the Wii. Oh hell yea. Anyone that has been a nes fan has got to be stoked fpr this one. This was a awesome game. I hope they do the controls right. So nice to see that some good games are finally coming to the Wii. Thats been the one thing stopping me from playing with my Wii. I mean its great, the games i got are fun and they like crack a door open but its still sitting on the landing pad cause of MP and major dev support. Well at least the dev support is coming around, i just hope that the MP comes around.

Oh BTW. Should i get GH for the x-box or wait for the Wii ? Im diggin the 360 and im ready to inflate my catalog. So if its not gonna be any different, might as well get it on the 360 while its popular still.

I've not heard of Rygar before.

The 360 GH version is pretty sexy but so far the download-able content blows. I can't really see them doing anything special on the Wii so I'd just get it on the 360.

You guys have never heard of rygar ? Oh man it was a great side scroller back in the day, but it wasnt all side scrolling. I dont know how to explain it, but it was pretty darn fun. If you got a Wii keep a eye on it. If they do it the way i imagine it should be a lot of fun.

THnx for the tips on GH. Im gonna pick it up friday i guess :)

This is so fun, im turning back into a gaming addict.

Iccy, did you end up getting the Elite? I'm having trouble getting my hands on one. Looks like I'll have to keep an eye out for the next shipment. Figured I would go with the Elite since I don't have a 360 yet.

I was watching "Can't Buy Me Love" the other day. It's an 80's movie with Patric Dempsy. I noticed RYGAR in the Arcade when Kenneth is playing that dirtbike game. Anyway's should be pretty cool on the wii, as long as they get the controls right like you said.

is there much different with the elite (aside from the advertised stuff) i.e. does it suffer red ring of death-itis?

I got the Elite. I mean its not that much more if you didnt have a 360 already i think. Plus its black. Black is sexeh.

But they are surprisingly hard to get. I didnt think anyone would buy them, but when i went to get one the lady said i was the 3rd person to get one in a hour and felt she was gonna sell out. I got mine at best buy.

Wasn't there a sub-par PS2 remake? I vaguely remember hearing a review about it.

Rygar was a sweet game. Awesome music.

I don't really like the Wii though.

Never heard of Rygar, but I can tell that it supposedly being a great game on the NES doesn't guarantee a great Wii (or any modern day platform) game at all.

NES and current gen are just so far apart. Just like at Final Fantasy 3 for the DS. The remake looks brilliant but plays like having sex with a goddamn rhino because of the decade old gameplay mechanics.

Final Fantasy's mechanics are pretty much the same throughout every iteration, save for FF12. so, no u.

i see what youre saying though :icon32:
double dragon for XBLA is a direct port of the arcade version, and it plays like shit. it was a lot smoother in my memory

Its funny to me, i had like a flat stomach, i was to that point where it was about to washboard and now i look preggers lol. Honestly, i wanna just see myself let go so i can always look back and say " i dont wanna look like that and i dont wanna feel like that. Hey if you cant find a muse, build one right ?

So yea, im sick of clothes not fitting, my back was fucked up for a month i now realize cause i put so much weight on the front so fast. Im just tired of feeling sloppy.

Should i e-mail you my blog when i get going ? :)
