The event viewer say that gamex86.dll is the module that causes the error.

Can I copy it from the dvd or it cames with the 1.3 patch?

This happens when I load a saved game.

Delete the gamex86.dll that is in your fs_game dir, such as q4base, and reinstall the patch.

It says that the patch is already installed...

X-fire create a report:

I don't understand why...but even the dll in the editor dir causes the error, and It's a clean copy of the installed dir.

Ok, I friend of mine sent me the dll...but q4 crashes in the same way.

I loaded a different saved game...and q4 does not crash. So it's a corrupted saved game!
