Nice!

Tornadoes are about the coolest thing to witness in person. (if you are not running for you life)

I got an up close and personal view of the one that ripped through Dallas in ’74
Even though I was a wee lad, I can still close my eyes and see it clear as day all these years later.

Last spring we had a family reunion out at the lake In KC.

It was a little over cast and the the sirens went off. We all packed up and by the time we was heading out of the area I toped a hill and all I saw was funnel.

This one was an f3 but thay say it grew to an f4.

Regardless I turned into the next shelter and directed the wife to and myself underneath the picnic benches. There made of a sterdy steel and bolted to a concrete slab of cement. You could hear it comming, knocking down trees and debrie flying about.
Then it took on water from the lake and turned from an almost due north direction (towards us) and headed due east. I saw the funnel which was dirt brown heading towards us turn white and then back to dirt brown as it made its way over the hill.

I can honestly say that was to close of an observation from my stand point.

And if you wonder if I was scared, Well HEll ya I was. I even prayed....some.

It was a rush I would like to not have to experiance again. Least not that close.

You better shape up,
cause I need a friend,
and my heart is set on you!
You better shape up,
you better understand,
to my heart I must be true!!!

You are the one that I want!
You are the one that I want!
You are the one that I want!

The one I need!
Oh yes indeed!!!

You do realize that an F0-F1 could rip you a third asshole, right?

I've been in a few F4s (Including twin F4s in Oklahoma about a decade ago). Fun stuff.

The tornado isn't what hurts you, silly. It's the debris.

Catch a razor blade flying at 112mph with your neck.

F4s rule. I've yet to see an F5. I'll try this season.
