The mod did not get alot of support and is only about 70% complete, but it is very playable. Here is a quote from the ReadMe
Like most other multiplayer mods for the D3 engine, enthusiasm dwindled from the lack of a community for player input and developer support. The show pretty much came to an end in August of 2006 when the lead programmer had to stop development to focus on school and a new job.

The staff over at http://www.planettfx.com have also released a bug fix for a no reload condition. It's in the forums there.
