A Civic with a k24/k20a2 head swap and a turbo would rape it.

You'd loose, it has a 5.7L engine.

lol, I dunno dude, I've seen a corvette get eaten alive by a slightly modded Lancer Evo once, it's pretty funny to see a family sedan rape a vette, but the fact is vettes and even the new Vipers don't really put much HP to the ground. The Corvette Z06 on the other hand...

It's possible they would but then again only if it's stock.

Yeah, but you have to also realize that the cost of modding a Lancer, or even a Civic to go as fast as a Corvette would still be lower than to buy a Corvette stock.

First off here is what it can become:

Secondly...yes...the Grand National is a fucking beast. A stock GN can run a 13.8 in the quarter mile.

no he didn't. the point of this thread was to point out a car that i saw and thought was very attractive. not to post a bunch of cars that everyone has already seen a million times before. obviously a Lambo is going to look better than a Passat. but a Passat is something that people can actually afford to drive every day.

I'm excited to see all of the new BMWs. I hope they are still using the same styling in about 6 years when I will hopefully be able to buy one.

It seems like BMW is the only car company in the world who understands that wheel wells should be circular and completely filled by the wheels.
