yea, it was fast because raw spent all of yesterday and today optimizing the server because the admins didn't...

I think gzip reduces bandwidth and download sizes, so should help... i think

well, I only got involved about 5 hours ago...

raw has been working on this for weeks, I made a few suggestions to him on how to make the forum more readable, and he adminned me... so I started editting the code a little to make it more user friendly, and now ended up redesigning the layout

I'm also 5 hours past my bed time too :\

change date format to Abbr Month, day w/o leading 0, 4 dig. year

ie; Feb 10, 2005

Rewrote the entire script and imported only users who haven't registered yet... now to update users who have with their post counts and reg dates
