Kicking a dead horse: 'Gaming' mice

Post by Cool Blue »

Currently I have a Logitech MouseMan Dual Optical.

Would I see/notice a large enough difference with a mouse like the MX510 or MX518 to justify the expense?

I went from a Logi Dual Optical to the mx700 and love it. The mx510/518 are supposed to be even better.

The new boomslang is supposed to be awesome, wit the exception af a few poorly placed buttons. They also seemed to have fixed their manufacturing issues.

I use the mx300 and I've never played better. And believe me, the mouse played a fair amount into that.

The 500 seems pretty nice though.

Great choice for leftys. Side buttons are ok. I really only use the thumb button.

Just ordered an MX510. I'm still using an MS optical blue so it definintely time for an upgrade.

I used a Boomslang Sniper for a while, got it free with my graphics card. As for the sensitivity it was awesome, but the ball would catch and lag very often, especially in vertical movement. So I bought a MX510 and love it
