I think this goes beyond disgusting, or gay. At this point, it's almost impressive; the amount of obvious pain Kirk Johnson, otherwise known as Goatse puts himself through.

The video comes from stileproject, and originated from some anal fetish newsgroup. Alt.Morons.WhotheFuckDoesThis?.binaries.idsoftware.com or something.
