Keyboard won't work when installing Windows

When installing from boot camp 1.1.1 thw windows blue setup screen loads. i can press F3 to start ASM and even cancel it but after it's loaded the setup files and comes to "press enter to setup windows now" nothing works. i've tried a mac keyboard and normal USB KB. the firmware on my mac is the latest.

I can't find any documents on google about this. any ideas?

NM, tried another copy and it's now installing. I was trying a business build.
