is it legit?

I would only use paypal because I am paranoid, and they have been with ebay since the beginning

i think you can use paypal to pay through it, i THINK it's some sort of selling manager, but i'm unsure.. it's only £6.50 but i dont want to go entering any details so the site can steal them off me..
