PS, thanks for the tips. Is there any site which describes the basic things you can do in PS or something to play around and improve the photo, since image manipulation is something I know next to nothing about?
TY sires. I used that 135 lens, mr. jeeps. I wish all of canon's lenses were that brilliant. I swear all you have to do is point that thing at something to get a great photo. It makes me wonder what that 85 f/1.2 gives you--for 2 grand.
I, too, have become a 135 prime convert. beyond the sharpness, the lens does something with light, colors and shadows... just makes everything seem so much more vivid and dramatic. my 70-300 DO has gotten little use since the purchase and my subsequent conversion.

edit: I only had a few seconds at the lights to grab the camera, turn it on and snap, the window was up cos the guide said it was a smash and grab area.
