grr, QT plug-in

why does every embedded .mov file (i.e. apple trailers etc.) i watch in FF come out all sort of violet-coloured? i think it was maybe an nVidia driver update that started this off, or possibly something else, i can't remember

what's the story?

No idea. Are you actually running quicktime or are you running Quicktime Alternative?

go into your videocard's pannel and see if it has "Video Acceloration" Enabled, disable it and try it out.
