Remember my ASUS trouble from a month ago?

Well still going through it... In short my video card died on me and would no longer display any video. It did this randomly when i first had it but i just thought it was my PSU being to low, because after i bought a new PSU, it seemed to work better (Dumbass).

Anyways, I'm STILL waiting for ASUS to sort the problem out. Turns out that ASUS dont have a phone line I can call for GPU's anymore, only email service is available. So me and this person have been exchanging random emails every few days for the last month about "me still waiting" and "her being sorry and will try again with the uk team to get in touch". This "uk team" is seriously pissing me off, what the hell can they be doing to not respond to its own company emails and phone calls? And why the hell is the email for UK customer service forcing me to contact somebody NOT IN THE UK?

Either way, the last email i got back (i sent another last night, im not giving up on this) looked a tiny bit more promising:

"We are really sorry for your waiting. I push it again. And I will phone them. We will try to help you today maybe. ASAP"

In other words, this "try to help you today" will turn into me emailing them next week again...

Argh, I've got a good mind ot just go and buy a new GPU now, but I need all my damn money because the next 2 months are chock full of bollocks that need to be paid for...
