Recovered Document

I deleted a couple of folders by accident and used On track easy recovery to get it back. My word documents are now unreadable though, they just show a bunch of 00PYOV0....goop like this.

Is there a way to fix this or am I screwed?

The files are most likely corrupt (which means you're screwed). My advice is to perform regular backups from here on out :icon1:
