I came up with a new drinking game last weekend. I actually like it but it needs a little something. Here it is maybe you guys can give it a go this weekend or tell me how I can improve it.
Kill the Dealer
Shuffle one deck of cards and place it in the middle of the table. Then shuffle another deck and distribute it evenly between all players (set and extra cards to the side). Play begins with the dealer.
The dealer turns up their top card and then decides whether or not the card he/she will turn from the center of the table will be higher or lower. This prediction applies to every player in the game. Anyone with a card that does is not lower/higher has to take one drink. If there is a match a waterfall starts at that player.
In the event of a match or a card that is lower/higher, you place that card off to the side. If the card isn't lower/higher you shuffle it back into your stack. If the dealer predicted right for his card then he/she gets to go again and can deal out (in drinks) the number of times he/she has been correct. Otherwise the player to the dealer's left becomes the dealer and play continues.
If an Ace is turned up in the middle it is a social and everyone discards one card (the ace can be one or eleven).
The winner is the person who first runs out of cards. This person can make a rule that can be enforced throughout the game. The loser becomes dealer next round and has to finish his/her drink. With 6 people each round takes a little longer than a round of Asshole.
Drinking game I made
For 3 - 5 players, one deck would work. 6 is on the border. For 7 or 8 you'd definitely want 2 decks.
You want the pile in the middle have the same number of cards as the total of all players.
So 52 / 2 = 26 in the middle and 26 to deal out.
3 players get 8 cards each
4 players get 6
5 players get 5 w/ 1 deck or 10 w/ 2 decks
6 players get 4 w/ 1 deck or 8 w/ 2 decks
7 players get 3 w/ 1 deck or 7 w/ 2 decks
8 players get 3 w/ 1 deck or 7 w/ 2 decks
