[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

The card has a 3 year warrenty, nothing in the box to send off or anything.

I did try calling asus direct but they said to call up the people that i bought it from, but i dont remember the name because the account is on my ex's...

go to there website and fill in a RMA request,

that is what your local store will do also, but considering you cant remember what store it is this is the best route.

If you have a receipt, then it'd be 3 year warranty from date of purchase.
If you don't have a receipt, then it'll be 3 year warranty from the time it was manufactured.
Therefore it'd could have been on the shelf for a year before you bought it and only have two year warranty.

i sent off a old a7n8x-e Deluxe mobo about 2 months ago, they give you the option that they will send a replacement the next day..

the only thing about that is they charge your credit card and the charge will stay untill they get your old defective card :)

Hmm, well, i emailed them twice the other day. One came back with an "unknown adress" and i'm still waiting on a reply for the other. Found ANOTHER link on the site to submit problem/faulty questions, and i just emailed that one.

I dont mind being charged, or having a charge until they get my card even thats fine. But this is daft. You would think that they would take your call on phone and sort it out for you there and then, but nooo... Everything except graphics cards can be done over the phone, they dont offer that support over the phone... Bollocks...

It may just be better me getting a new one, its probably dirt cheap now...
