Ok, this time for sure, I will have time on the weekend prolly. Sorry gents but I couldn't muster enough time to try it out yesterday or the previous day for that matter.

So um, when I install this do we patch it to 1.1 or what? You guys making things sound a tand confusing.

Netlimiter is a program that chokes your upload speed to the amount you want.. works great if your downloading from a per to per program and dont want your upload speed to interfere with your download speed.. so you choke your upload to 0.5kb and it will take 3489000 hours for the guy loading from you to get the file. :icon34:
