I've been using iTunes for the last couple months now. Yes it's big and bloated, but I like the playlist management.

i went back to 2.xx after winamp went 3.xx, but since 5, i've not looked back. it's excellent.

I'm using 5.24, takes about 5mb of ram in task manager, and 0 cpu cycles... 5.x ftw.

Also, you can't beat having 1000's of radio stations built right in, with easy reach (and 100s of video stations) all for free, which is what I use winamp mostly these days... any other player come close with the number of free media stations?
