I honestly think the best solution would be a sticky just for him, since he persists in posting information that most of us have already read from the general sources (blogs, wrh, ats, etc.). You can do that with PHPBB, right? Make a thread that only he can post in?

Or perhaps just a blog? Freakaloin, ever think of joining the blogosphere? Your site can be called 'RedundantNews' since your sources are the other blogs, no offense. I know, most of these kids here just surf porn sites and computer nerd sites and don't check out any alternative media. You just want to make these people aware of what you've read. The only problem is, nothing surprises anyone these days.
