While the vehicle was effective in this situation, our police force in America prefer the Pepper Spray-Taser-Baton combination. It's really the only way to get a "feel" if your getting your message across to the suspect.
I.E. "While I was Rodney Kinging his ass, he started crying for his mommy".
BTW, if you're stupid enough to walk around in public, threatening people with a knife, you deserve to be run over.
they seriously would have just shot him around here...and noone would care...unless the guy with the knife was black...which would be the mostly like scenario...
