New 1/4 mile times

Post by andyman »

Saturday I ran a 12.99 at 105.55mph in the quarter mile... a new personal best and made it into the 12's!! :D :D

heres a pic from that day

I have been away for a while, I was at jump school in Ft. Benning, GA for a month, but I graduated and got my wings. All 5 jumps went well. Of course, I'll be gone for another few weeks starting thursday, and both my computers here at home are out of service... that's why i haven't posted anything in the last month and a half if anyone was wondering.

xbox 360 is the shiznizzle!!!!! 24 tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't changed it out yet, although I do have the new one sitting in my apartment, as well as the aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 gears, an underdrive pulley, and an electric water pump. All that will get installed at the same time next month, as well as a custom tune. I'll have to get some drag radials next time I run with all that stuff on there :D

the new converter will stall at around 3000-3500rpms

nice run. 12's is only the begining for those pony cars. :)

I'm curious as to how much meat they can hold under the new stangs. What size tires are you going to run on it?

Aluminum driveshaft.

That just sounds like an oxymoron to me.

not only that, but due to the weight reduction it gets the power to the wheels sooner and helps the tranny cope with the add'd load...

so inturn, it helps you Accel faster :)
