What can a club do about it? They could address the issue to their fans of course, but they hardly control the actions. You can deny access to the stadium, but people will still find ways to come in.

A club can work with stewards/police/it's football association/players to do something about it. It doesn't help in Spain when the national coach (allegedly) makes the comments he made...
