Quake 3...

I played Quake 3 a long time ago, but then... stopped.

I want to play it again but there's so many stupid updates and add-ons that I don't know what to do to play the game like how I used to.

Can someone please tell me all the updates I need to get to be able to play where everyone else plays?

Any links to where I can download the updates and mods would be good too. Thanks

Thanks... but that doesn't really help me.

I want to know what to do to my Quake 3 starting from scratch, to let me play where everyone else plays.

Does everyone still play OSP? Are XS4ALL still the only good servers?

get 1.32 update, latest osp, and thats pretty much it

getting a 3rd party server browser helps too.

Type in console:

/pb_cl_enable
