Ebay - is this fraud or not?

This seems really sketchy because:

-no feedback in the last year
-suddenly selling a whole bunch of shit, so that might be a hijacked ID
-this is where the photos originate from: http://www.biostech.us/auc/

So what do you guys think?

I wouldn't do it. If he offered paypal you could get your money back but with a money order you are fucked.
