question 1: which bank offers t-mobile top-ups on its ATMs?
question 2: what's a good digital TV card for a PC, and what's the best software to use with it? i assume they all allow recording...

On the other hand, PowerDVD under Windows does the job reasonably well. The more affluent may wish to plump for the full Windows Media Centre.
Regarding the card.. I have experience of only one - the USB Cinergy TS Hybrid from Terratec. It's adequate for the purpose. The remote is plush if unnecesary. Given a choice, I would opt for the purely digital variant rather than the extra 20 quid or so I blew on getting an analog/digital hybrid. I will never use the analog function.

http://www.progdvb.com/ is meant to be the best. But I use http://www.gbpvr.com/ (the web interface is good). I use it with a Nova-T http://www.savastore.com/productinfo/pr ... 45&tid=279
