Oh in that case.... carry on sir. :p

It was about 45 degrees, which is about 15 degrees above my threshold of cold. The only punishment was the fact that it was dark outside when the weather fuck-o said it was supposed to be only "partly cloudy."
I think he was referring to punishment as staring at ugly all day.

I like the one just before the dog pic; gives the viewer a sense of the teamwork involved. :icon14:

Wisconsin, Minnestoa and Iowa. So who won?

Based on your last pic I'm guessing Iowa, but I'm just curious :)

ahh.. on the internet, everyone is an adonis behind a screen. I've never even seen you post a pic of yourself, which leads me to believe you're self conscious about something.

Thanks.. that was my main motivation for staying on shore and not asking to hop on the pontoon. Far more opportunity for variety.

So should everyone posting about how ugly everyone in the pics is be mandated by the admins to post their pics, as well as the pics of the current female they are seeing?

I like the pics, they are of good quality, but the only thing i can say is you might wanna take more time and develop the stories behind each pic. What i mean is, you can make something look good, but if its not conveying anything, its just a pic, you know what i mean?

Ok like the chics all huging in black and white, thats a good one. The one where they are all carrying in the boat kinda conveys teamwork. The chic with the apple is goofy so its a nice mix in a gallery of serious competitive training. Also the pic where the girl is helping the other girl reach the boat, holding her so she doesnt fall, again, its saying something.

The rest look like you just pointed the camera in the general direction of the topic your there to shot and just hit the button randomly.

Think if it like this. We see the world at around 60fps. So ever second, thats essentialy 60 picture snaps. Do you remember the snaps that were ordinary or the one where that chic with the dd's flashed you.

Then again, i dont shot for a living and i probably know nothing. All i know is what i like.

Well, I of course understand what you're saying, but you pointed out 5 out of the 20 that you liked, but just call the other 15 random.

The look of pity, for instance, between the Wisconsion rower whose team won and the Iowa rower who didn't. The following photo (which admittedly was random) of the oar going for the foot is meant to express anger and jealousy.

The coach handing the 3 card to the novice rower in the pic below shows disappointment, and you can imagine the debriefing those girls are getting. I cut off her face with the card on purpose so the viewer would be drawn from the card to her eyes.

The one of the rower holding the oar at attention was a bit for comedy like the apple, but I liked the official, militaristic way she seemed to be saluting with it.

The dog.. now that was random. I kept it because I loved the depth of field. Otherwise it's just a dog.

The rest of them are for the audience, which I didn't mention and you also have to consider. I'm giving a copy to one of the Iowa coaches, and I'm sure she'll share them with everyone. Art and meaning are great, but sometimes a photo is just a photo.

On a side note, since it had not been mentioned, I thought the girl who avoided the tripping was kinda cute!
