I just got home from work so I'm pretty tired I wont go into it much but I wanted to look into my options as far as suplements go, what to consider safely and what to stay away from.
I'm not looking to blow up I'm just looking to tone up, so if there are some useful vitamins and minerals I need to know about, would be apreciated
I'm, going to definately recearch it but I'd like to be pointed to the right direction if nothing more
starting to work out advice please

I personally use supplements along with maintaining a strict nutritional plan.
I suggest before you start up with any supplements you need to realize that there is no quick fix solutions, and just by simply consuming a supplement it wont instantenously turn you into Superman.
The first step you should be looking at is to clean up your current diet. This will enable you to achieve the best possible results when you start consuming supplements.
I cant recommend any specific plan for you to follow as I have no idea how old you are, how much you weigh, your height etc etc...
But replacing "meat" with lean pieces (chicken/turkey breast, fish, beef steak). Eating low GI carbohydrates. Eating a good serving of vegetables in most if not all of your meals. Drinking pleanty of water.
Depending on how strictly you stick with your nutritional and exercise plan, is how quickly the results will come.
Edit: Also cleaning up your diet is much cheaper then forking out for supplements straight away.

I am toning up atm and i am eatting:
Weetabix for breakfast wth a fat free yoghurt drink
Some pasta and tuna for dinner (usually has onions and sweetcorn in it)
Then what ever comes my way in the evening
I eat 5 or 6 bits of fruit perday, drink plenty of milk and generally try not to eat rubbish

I do enough to keep the beer belly off and it only takes 30 mins of my day. A 2 mile 15 minute run + 15 minute shower afterwards every day and I don't eat junk food.
Easy way to keep the fat off if you don't want to put in the effort to bulk up.
If there's a "lazy" way to stay in shape, this is it. Granted if you just start running it will take you awhile to get your 2 mile time down to 15 mins. I recommend running 15 mins straight at a pace you can keep it up to begin with...don't worry so much about distance. Your legs will be sore for awhile after you first start, but keep it up, it'll eventually go away.
After you run for awhile, you'll start to learn how far you can go in x amount of time. Everytime you run try to beat that amount by 2 seconds. After two weeks of doing that, you'll be ready to beat the new amount by 2 seconds, etc.
Right now I just use a university treadmill so it's easy to see how far I go in my 15 mins. I don't push myself as much as I used to because I eventually got the results I was looking for in my body. For everyone it's different, but 2 miles a day keeps me in shape without looking really skinny. Just run for awhile and eventually you'll see what works for your body. I'm only 19 so I'm sure it'll be different.
Good job on taking initiative, you'll probably find out as most people do that once you start doing something to help your body, your mind benefits as well.
