an ex-gf came round mine with a stone roses tape and left it there...
i didnt even bother listening to it for ages, as i was only interesting in something i could take pills and dance to.

one day out of boredom i put it on and was totally hooked.

they really are that good.

2nd coming was good.
stone roses is just about a perfect album.

i listen to it now, not for a retro buzz, but cos its amazing.
i cant think of an album by a british artist that i rate as highly.

Definatly Maybe is up there but not as good.

My Dad had been listen to the album for years and said it was amazing and i liked some of the songs but never really paid attention to it. Then one day a few years ago i sat down and listened to it and i have liked it ever since. I have just put a new batch of CD's in my car and it was one of the first i burned for it. Along with some NIN albums too!

Little fact : If you have Second Coming look at the cover and you will see the "cherub" that is off the embelum in Newport. They were that impressed with TJ's when they played here they used part of the port as there album cover

Badman has me hook again atm....its amazing
