My buddy is a GM mechanic and did some work on my car yesterday. I heard about this stuff and he put it in my car. So far, this shit is pretty bad-ass.

i used it when i was workin at the body shop, it really helped on the cars that would come in with aluminum rims with the notorious slow leaks.

Err, yea, the molicules( sp? ) are larger then Oxygen, so it takes a bigger gap to let the air out of the tire. so slow leaks with air and etc would be non-existant using that.

atleast thats what i grabbed of the situation.

you keep doing that, sackoshitali. Meanwhile, in the real world, does this stuff have a heat rating? What happens in high brake friction (ie. mountainous) environments, anyone know?

I dont know if anyone inflates their tires with pure oxygen, but FYI air contains roughly 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen anyway. Plus the oxygen atom is 73 picometers and the Nitrogen atom is 75 picometers, its just marginally bigger.

Well they've used it in race cars for years, so I'm sure it's safe.

Ok so why are you talking about oxygen in the first place? People fill their tires with air which is 1/5th oxygen and 4/5ths nitrogen...
