I remember someone on here posting some sort of concoction that
they use for making burgers! Now i am doin some home made
items tonight and so far these are my ingredients:
Cow (800g of)
Peppers ( jalapeno or normal ?)
Onions
Salt (taste)
Mixed Herbs (taste)
Black Pepper (taste)
Worcster Sauce (taste)
Would this make a tasty burger or is there something missing?

Super juicy burger:
Beef
Egg - 1 per pound of beef
Oatmeal - 1/4 cup per pound of beef
Worcestershire sauce - 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound, or to taste
Onion - 1/2 onion per pound or to taste

That's mine!
However I've been known to add more Worcestershire and even add some Motts Clamato juice.

swap out the onion for shallot and the cow for bison and you've got what i grilled tuesday night. throw some cheddar, a couple slices of tomato, and red onion on top with a bit of the old "sauce americaine" and you're good to go.

ground siloin tip
salt
ground black pepper
quality grill
thats it
i agree. i usually just throw some hy's seasoning salt on both sides before grilling and save the onions and shit for on top. imo onions are best raw on a burger anyways.
edit: i use lean ground beef and mix it up with some olive oil for that fatty flavour.

yea, people do that to make everything stick together better and/or to add moisture. i say leave the meatloaf for a different night and just make a burger... if the meat's too lean on its own just add some olive oil or whatev.
My personal favorite is to buy the ground beef, throw in some liptons onion soup mix, a couple pieces of bread and 2 eggs. Mix it up and seperate into thick patties. Throw em on the grill, when they're done cooking put some blue cheese chunks on top and lay a piece of swiss over them. Lettuce, Mayo and tomatoes. Yum.
Beef or preferably, ground Buffalo (tastier than beef, healthier as well)
Worchestershire Sauce
^ this is a good base recipe.. you can add some dried onion soup mix or salt and pepper, but dont add unnecesarry shit just to add it. Burgers are simple, you dont need 10 different spices in them.
Or...
Make a pocket in a burger and stuff some blue cheese or flavored butter (sage butter for instance) in there prior to grilling.
