At some point a typo flame becomes valid and exposes the intelligence (or lack thereof) of the flamed. I think we've reached that point.

I saw a bit of Slobo in court on TV last night - i was stunned.R00k wrote:I read yesterday he had been manipulating his health, and his trial had had to be delayed multiple times because of it.
Maybe the medication was an accident; or maybe the asshole decided to take the easy way out to avoid going to prison and being treated the way he treated others.
I don't know.
It went a little like this: the prosecutor stammered vague, vague accusations in his direction for a few minutes. Milosevic would then summarize the accusation in a few sentances and deny it using perfectly sound and completely rational arguments. The prosecutor would agree, look terribly ashamed and move on to the next vague accusation, which Milosevic would also swiftly defeat. I don't know if this was typical for his trail, but i found it quite impressive. He was winning.
PS did you know they already dropped the deportation and genocide charges? I didn't.

Press Conference by the ICTY Prosecutor The Hague, 12 March 2006
In the indictment which was judicially confirmed in 2001, Milosevic was accused of 66 counts of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo between 1991 and 1999.

No, i don't.... I'm quoting his lawyer on that one. At least, i think it was his lawyer. He was detailing the strategy for Milosevic's defense, saying they were going to try and bring Clinton to the stand and such. I think it was all filmed a short while before his death.
I went in search of links to confirm that myself this morning, i found nothing.
