Mine is two remote keypads with 3 keys. One remote works my locks and the other works the programmable underbody lights.

The old VW ones were better, with the symbol embedded in the plastic of the key

I wish Ford and GM would get thier shit together and build the remote into the key. Plus the fact that they use the same freaking one for every car. I have the same dumb looking remote on my caddy that some teenager has for his pos cavelier.

Yeah which brings up another point...you have that huge remote on there, you cant put a nice keyring on there without it getting to cluttered. At least for me, I dont like bulky keys.

Unfortunately I can't get a copy of that key from a third party, either it's not been reverse engineered or just none of my local places have the equipment... and be fucked am I taking it to a Ford dealer to get my wallet raped, ditto for the battery, hopefully at least the key cutters can sort that out...

My key has a chip in it, you can't start the car without using that precise key, so there are better ways of breaking and stealing my car anyway. Who the hell would want to steal my car though

Not me, though you could get into my house and just take the car keys...
