What I was told about it by an accupuncturist (sp) is that when they insert the pin it opens up the flow (or whatever) because it's blocked flow that is causing pain in a particular area.

When they insert a pin, if the flow is good at that spot, you won't feel the pin insertion. If they put the pin in the blocked spot, it hurts because it's opening up the flow.

That's why it hurts in some spots and not others and hurts for some people and not others...depends on where the blockage is, which is an individual thing.

I don't know if what they said is bs or not, but it seemed to make sense.

I once had a glass of milk.

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.

I am now sick.

Get the scan then you casebasket

What is the point of doing, having or taking any kind of therapy or medication if you don't even fucking know what's wrong with you?

Get the scan. If it's nothing you can then fart about and waste all the time and money you like having needles shoved in your arse :)

I had to get punctured in the face and head. It wasn't very nice. it hurt like fuck.

It helped a little, but not really worth the pain.
that's probably because the needles were working hard to battle the disgustingly ugly flesh.
Either that or you're a spectacular pussy.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, since neither of us seem to want to provide references.

I have already had an xray and the shape of my spine is perfect.
The problem i had is that once i had the xray i saw a different
Dr and he recommended this where as the other Dr said that if the
xray is fine you need an MRI. Still, its gonna be done what ever i guess
Where were you when the West was defeated?

I don't need references, I have something better: personal experience. I wen't in to the doctor a 100% non believer and was just willing to try anything because everything else I had tried didn't work. I was astounded that it worked as I was positve it was complete bullshit. No "power of suggestion" can work on someone with that mindset.
Apparently the forum resident fountain of tears Nightshade resigned from his prestigious role as rants and raves moderator because he wouldn't have time to moderate or post anymore due to devoting himself to his 'old man at university' studies.

As much as he tried, yet again he wasn't able to stay away. Sorry that didn't work out for you Nightshade. :olo:
