Video conversion?

I am trying to convert a .3G2 video file to a normal video file so I can edit it.

Does anyone know of any good programs that will do this?

Just an FYI I did my first conversion using xilisoft's DVD to WMA and it was amazing quality, Smooth non pixelated and only 500MB for a 90 minute movie.

Now I can watch movies on my Garmin iQue GPS while I drive :icon32:
