It looks like she/he/it took a straight crotch-to-tire impact. Possibly ran over the body from crotch to head.

There's some controversy over whether the guy got beheaded when ejected from the car. If you pause the video when he's flying over the median, it looks like he has no head. Other people say his head is just bent over.
