I've seen it about a year ago, maybe more. I guess it will have subtitles, but IMO its too russian to interest americans.

i heard some us major bought the rights and is now producing parts 2 and 3... i hope they won't turn it into hollywood crap.

Part 2 (called Day Watch) has been out for a while, my parents borrowed a screener from their friends but I prefer to wait for the DVD to come out.

This better be more watchable than that crap "Underworld."

BTW, as russian movies go, check out Bumer (Beemer translated) if you can find it in NA.

I've seen Bumer, it was ok. I don't see it being interesting to americans though, they wouldn't get it.
