A bit of a correction to my last post: If the dude dies or his health is seriously compromised by the SHOTGUN BLAST TO THE FACE, a grand jury WILL convene to assess the matter...but again, unless the two other conditions I listed above are met, the chances of Cheney actually getting charged with a felony are probably remote.

well ne moron knows that birdshot from a 28 gauge shotty will do nothing at 30 yards but give u a few scratches...no way will it go thru a vest, ribs, tuff rib muscles, thru the bag around the heart and into the heart...thats more like 10 feet...

i was shot with a 12 gauge from about 15 yards...well i caught 3 pellets...they didn't go in to far...a 28 gauge is about 4 times the pussy of a gun...and yes i would let someone shoot me from 30 yards with a 28 guage....we used to shoot each other with them all the time...
