That would be fair indeed. I'd vote to enact a law like that. It'd prevent women from getting guys convicted because the woman is too embarrassed to admit that she involved herself in all that.

Yea it would go a long way towards preventing abusive lawsuits like that. Of course there would have to be evidence that the person knowingly falsified the charges, but it's still a deterrent. Requiring that sort of proof would also make it so that it didn't prevent women with legitimate cases from filing out of fear or whatever.
